Everything invites to conviviality and relaxation. Layyina" means "sweet" in literary Arabic. Dar Layyina has been designed in an authentic Moroccan spirit with traditional materials and colours. The interior decoration, refined and warm, signed by the designer Toufik Belaffari, subtly combines comfort, contemporaneity and tradition. In the heart of a magnificent private park planted with olive trees and palm trees, the magical perspective of the villa, the riad, the two swimming pools and the spa offers multiple spaces for relaxation and conviviality. The first swimming pool, with its impressive dimensions, is an exceptional place of conviviality with its deckchairs in the shade of olive trees or parasols; the second is more intimate and heated in winter. The games area includes a tennis court and a petanque court of international dimensions, both lit, as well as a ping pong table. We can provide you with the necessary equipment to play. The spa includes a traditional hammam and a sauna. Our partner's beauticians come and perform treatments when it suits you best, in the garden under the olive trees or in your room.
Last but not least, we offer excellent traditional cuisine, prepared with fresh, local and high quality ingredients! Our professional, attentive and discreet team will ensure your well-being while respecting your peace and quiet. They are at your disposal to make your stay unforgettable. The quoted rental price includes the accommodation for exclusive use and the included services mentioned below. This price includes 10% VAT. It does not include the local tourist tax of 2,5€ per night and per person and the tourist promotion tax of 1€ per night and per person. These taxes are entirely paid to the Municipality of Marrakech and to the Moroccan National Tourist Office. The price does not include extras and customary tips to staff.

Freedom formula :
You choose your own menus and do your own shopping (car required) or we do it for you in exchange for a compensation for the petrol costs.
The price of the shopping is based on the receipts.
Provision of the cooker: 5€/pers/day.
Restaurant formula :
Our chef Fatima makes an exceptional traditional Moroccan cuisine.
Lunch :
Enjoy a lunch based on various Moroccan salads and grilled meats.

We do not sell wines and spirits but you can buy your own or have them delivered and consume them at the villa without corkage fee. Some dishes with extra charge Choose the menus the day before for the next day.
Festive evening :
We can organise a traditional festive meal (from 30€ per person) with entertainment (musicians, dancers, fire-eater). Prices depend on the options chosen.

- 1 Royal Suite of 111m² with super kingsize bed, living room with fireplace, library and home cinema, WIFI Internet, dressing room, safe, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with bathtub-jacuzzi, shower, double washbasins and WC, private terrace of 20m² with view on the Atlas. The Royal Suite is perfect for privacy and romance. Its panoramic terrace offers a spectacular view of the Atlas Mountains.
THE RIAD
The 4 luxury suites are arranged in pairs on either side of the riad's patio and share a private entrance. Their private terrace overlooks one of the two swimming pools.

Availability calendar
Reservation:
The reservation is confirmed on the basis of the payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the accommodation by credit card via a secure link or by bank transfer and by the signature of the rental contract.
Arrival:
The balance of the accommodation is to be paid by credit card on arrival at the villa. On arrival at the rental location at the time mentioned in the rental contract, the number and identities of the persons arriving must correspond to the list provided in the rental contract. The balance of the rent must be paid, a deposit of 500€ must be paid in cash or by credit card, a photocopy of the passport of all the occupants must be handed in and a police form must be completed.
Cancellation :
- Cancellation received more than 30 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total amount of the reservation is due. (Deposit refunded)
- Cancellation received between 0 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation is due. (Deposit not refunded)
- In the event of the Client's early departure from the rental property for any reason whatsoever, the Client may not request a reduction in the price of the rental property, which will remain, in its entirety, the property of Vivement Marrakech !
