Le séjour à la Villa Dar Layyina était un plaisir de la première à la dernière minute ! L'équipe de la cuisine et Youssef ont lu tous nos souhaits sur nos lèvres, cuisiné tous les jours avec des ingrédients locaux et frais - c'était toujours délicieux ! Même pour notre petit chien Coco, il y avait des plats fraîchement cuisinés ! Le point culminant du séjour était une fête d'anniversaire avec un dîner marocain festif, un spectacle de feu, de la danse du ventre et un service très attentionné. La maison a été méticuleusement nettoyée tous les jours, elle est toujours super propre. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Une expérience inoubliable ! Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin, les repas étaient excellents, le service est impeccable. Concernant le cadre, on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux ! On a tout sur place : terrain de pétanque, 2 piscines, terrain de pickeball, terrain de basket, des coins pour se poser en terrasse ou en intérieur. Ce lieu est idéale pour des séjours avec beaucoup de personnes. Je vous le conseille

Séjour exceptionnel dans ce Riad tout simplement sublime ! Le personnel et notamment Youssef était d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et bienveillant mais surtout il s’adaptait à toutes nos demandes, merci encore ! Merci aux cuisinières pour nous avoir préparé des plats : du petit déjeuné au dinner en passant par le goûter : délicieux ! Catherine la propriétaire du Riad et Simo le responsable, se sont montrés disponible tout au long de la réservation pour répondre à nos questions et faire de ce jour un moment hors du temps ! Mais surtout Catherine s’est démené avec son architecte afin de finir les travaux à temps pour accueillir un membre de ma famille en fauteuil roulant, des aménagements PMR irréprochables ! Je recommande vivement ce Riad si vous cherchez un havre de paix avec tous les services, la beauté de Marrakech et des personnes incroyables pour votre séjour ! Un grand merci à vous et à bientôt !

There is so much that I can say about our stay in Dar Layyina, the most important part was it was ABSOLUTELY Beautiful! The pics were on point; they captured everything about this house. Every room was immaculate, airconditioned, with a TV and private bath. We spent so much free time at the pools and just lounging. The house staff were so helpful and receptive (we didn't know what we wanted), they made sure to explain the food items and take of one of the guests that was a pescatarian. The kitchen staff made tasty meals so much my 2yr old eat every meal we had for 7 days. Yusef and his team where there every morning to make a store run, make a breakfast omelets or just to wash and fold clothes. The staff provided taxi rides for the group to see the Square, ride camels, Quad rides, waterfalls etc. Please really consider Dar Layyina, I promise you, you will not regret your selection. We were a group of 9 (it was supposed to be 13 but it changed) we had more than enough space.

The villa was incredible and felt like a private 5 star accommodation fit for A-listers. What we anticipated in the pictures was exactly what we got, the villa was beautiful, but then the service in the villa surpassed this. We were extremely well looked after in the lead up to the trip where Simo was on hand to answer questions, set us up with the trusted taxi service, organise meals etc. The 3 kitchen staff were wonderful, and very accommodating to our whims, and our main man Youssef was literally the most nicest, and wonderful of guys, he completely looked after us. Thank you so much for making my birthday special!

Before we leave the house tomorrow morning I would like to tell you how much we’ve enjoyed this week. Dar Layyina is an amazing place and everything was just perfect: the beautiful pools, the amazing garden, the tasteful interior design. But what we’ve enjoyed most was the impeccable service of your team in the house.

la maison est incroyable ! les chambres sont très grande avec toutes une salle de bain avec wc. Nous étions 15 personnes mais vous pouvez largement vous isoler dans un salon ou un transat vu les espaces important du domaine. Le domaine est impeccablement entretenu et Youssef le majordome est juste incroyable ! il est très disponible et cherche vraiment a rendre votre séjour idéal les repas sont excellents merci à toute l'équipe !

If your in doubt about whether to book this villa or not, just book it. You will not regret it! This place was just perfection. We have had such a special weekend thanks to Catherine, Yusuf and all the team here. I have magical memories that will last a life time. Thank you so much! We will be back!! xxx

We rented this to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. It was such a wonderful, beautiful and relaxing place to be. Youssef was the absolute star of the show and looked after us faultlessly. Shout out to the chef too - the food was delicious, generous and some of the best we ate. Really can’t fault a thing - was really sad to leave and already thinking of a reason to come back! Book it - you won’t regret it.

Just back from another wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. As with last year everything is as described. The place is spotlessly clean and the onsite service team are amazing. Yussef in particular was just brilliant. Went the extra mile to make the holiday that extra bit special and nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the place. All the food was excellent- well worth using this service if you are staying Yes it’s remote but taxis easy and readily accessible. Perfect for large groups and a really relaxing holiday

Nous étions 8 adultes et 12 enfants chez Catherine pendant 5 jours et avons passé un séjour extraordinaire! La maison, et particulièrement les extérieurs, sont magnifiques et encore plus beaux en vrai qu’en photo! Youssef a été aux petits soins pour nous, lors des petits déjeuners, déjeuners et dîners! Nous reviendrons, sans aucun doute, dans cette superbe maison, parfaitement adaptée à des familles nombreuses! Un grand merci pour tout, c’était topissime 👌👌!!

The Villa is ideally situated away from the noise of Marrakesh and is a tranquil haven . The Villa has all you need for the perfect stay and Youssef is first class at taking care of all your needs always with a smile . I would recommend this property to any one in a large party of people .

Place was superb and just as described- the staff and facilities were outstanding. In addition food selection and variety was excellent. Again the staff headed by Yusuf were 1st class. Highly recommended

What a fantastic villa. the rooms and gardens are beautiful. The service and the food was also exceptional. But it was the extra touches, like the sports facilities, the rooftop bar and the use of the party speakers that really made it for our group. i would thoroughly recommend this place

We've just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at this villa for my best friend's hen do. Wow...what a fabulous place! So much space, 2 beautiful pools (one heated, one not), lots of different spots for sitting and chatting or sunbathing. Gardens were beautifully maintained. We loved the Hammam and the sauna. The villa was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and soft. There were lovely soft towels, bath robes and pool towels. The villa arranged all our transport to and from the airport, plus the most fabulous scrubs, massages and facials. We had several meals in the villa which were all lovely, fresh and home cooked food. The breakfast is basic but there was plenty to eat. The villa is quite far out of the main area but we were happy with that as it was really peaceful. It was 20-30 minutes to the souks etc. The final word goes to Yousef who was on hand to tend to our every need! Extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Was honestly amazing. Youssef was fantastic, other staff members were also friendly. We didn’t speak french or arabic so had some language barriers, but was always able to get through and get everything sorted. One of the most beautiful and serene places I’ve ever stayed. Absolutely stunning property. Very tastefully decorated and super clean. Our concierge Yousuf was brilliant. He organised everything for us and my 40th birthday party was amazing. This place is half an hour from medina. We really liked the privacy and the peace and quiet. Totally worth it and it can easily accommodate 18 guests. We were only 12 people and it was very relaxed. The cook was also really flexible and whipped up a lunch for us at very short notice which we really appreciated. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for a fabulous birthday celebration

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille exceptionnel à Dar Layyina. Tout était très bien et adapté à une grande famille mêlant 3 générations de 1 à 70 ans. Chacun pouvait vivre à son rythme et profiter des installations. Mention spéciale à la qualité de service et notamment les cuisinières.

We celebrated my husband’s 40th at the villa and every single detail was taken care of by the lovely staff. We were fed delicious healthy meals and every guest had a very relaxing time. The place was spotless and of a very high standard and they were very accommodating to our requests. We are very grateful for the memories we got there for such a special occasion and hope to be able to come back soon.

We booked the place and stayed there 3 nights with a dozen friends and celebrated a wedding with around 50 people one night.
Everything was amazing, the staff was on point and very helpful to make this weekend absolutely unforgettable!
I will definitely come back there with my friends when we can!

Nous y avons passé quelques jours entre amis pour golfer. Youssef et son équipe se sont très bien occupés de nous, cuisine délicieuse, organisation des transferts impeccable. Merci pour la flexibilité des horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La maison et les jardins sont sublimes.

Where can I start, this Villa is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were amazing and very helpful despite a slight language barrier. They made sure we were happy and accommodated all our needs. The grounds were clean and immaculate and the team where always available to help. I especially want to mention Yousef who was our concierge, he made the stay extra special with his personalized sevixe, and attention to detail. I would also like to thank Muhammed who took care of our excursions and events. I am so glad I found this place, I will definitely be back here, if I come back to Morroco.

What a wonderful week at Dar Layyina! The villa itself is amazing and was perfect for our large group of friends and family - it has brilliant facilities to keep the kids ( + adults!) entertained, enough space for everyone to spread out and great socialising areas too. Dar Layyina was a dream come true. Once you’ve entered the estate, it was like paradise on earth. Beautiful environments, impeccable service and fantastic food. Our family of 13 had the best week there.

The estate was absolutely stunning. Big garden, 2 pools, lots of hangout places, a small gym, table tennis, pickle ball, rooftop and all the beautiful rooms.

What made our stay was however the amazing personnel. They were so attentive and helpful. Especially our chef, had the best Moroccan food we’ve tasted!

What a beautiful, find. The villa was ample for our party of 11 spacious clean and excellent facilities. The main house had the suite and two bedrooms one room downstairs and the suite and a bedroom upstairs. main dining area and chill out area all air-conditioned and clean and always tidy. Stepping outside a dining area and a pool and 2 bedrooms either side then leading to a family pool more suitable for young kids and tennis court and basketball court. Best thing about the villa was the amazing staff, who tended happily to our every request and need. Although they didn't speak English they made every effort to make us feel at home. Communication wasn't a barrier. The villa is far from the supermarket and the local area. But again it wasn't an issue. The house manager Yousef and the English speaking manager Simo was in hand anytime of the day, assisting with reservations and taxi's. The cook made us pizzas, pasta, chips, we bought are own food and alcohol too. Must better than a hotel

Yusef at the property was a wonderful host.Always smiling ! Other staff cleaned the property , made up rooms , and created delicious meals . Food not only delicious but beautifully presented . We hosted a dinner for 70 people one night and the place looked stunning .

My sisters and I booked this place for a much needed relaxing holiday with our husbands. It certainly delivered on every front. We had the best time at a most beautiful villa. It really did surpass expectations- the absolute stars being Yuesef and the lovely ladies who prepared the fabulous food. Yuesef is a superb host - he really looked after us and made the holiday. Breakfast everyday was a real treat and when we wanted a few different bits they happily shopped for us. The meals we ate at the villa were delicious and made evening dining a very relaxing affair. Yes it’s quite remote but in being so it’s the perfect place to relax. Taxis in and out to the medina and new town are reasonable and so easy to arrange so you really can have the best of both worlds. Place is beautifully kept and we enjoyed it so much we have already booked our 2025 visit.

What an absolute pleasure of a stay that we had with Catherine. We booked many months out, and requested to host our wedding with Catherine. From day 1 she was so helpful and responsive. We had high hopes for our stay, and I must say that everything was exceeded on every level. The entire house staff was wonderful to my family and I, with a special shout out to the most amazing host I have ever met, Youssef! I’m hoping to have the pleasure to stay here again in the future. If you are considering it, just book it and you will have everything you’ve ever hoped for. A massive thank you from our family!

We had such a great stay at Dar Layyina. We were a group of 11 friends. We were cooked great food, and they were so good at accommodating our requests when we were all a bit tagine’d out!! :) I would really recommend Dar Layyina. They helped arrange everything from taxis, to entertainment, to activities!

We had a fabulous stay here. The place and grounds are absolutely beautiful. It’s very relaxed, the pools are lovely and the staff are wonderful. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only thing I would say, which we knew before we booked is that it is a little far from the centre of town. It was great value though and offered a lot in return. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is even nicer than the photos. Clean, tidy, easily accessible, and like a hidden gem once the front gates open. The surrounding area is nice and quiet. The heated pool, large pool, and the sauna were all perfect. I want to give a huge shout out to Youssef, the manager. He catered to our every need, and was helpful whenever we asked any questions. The staff were all great. The food was also amazing, especially Fatima's msemen. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Que dire à part juste magique. Je recommande à 1000%. Tout était parfait. La villa est magnifique, bien entretenue, propre ... et la cerise sur le gâteau le personnel de maison ! We were looked after very attentively by Yousef and the house staff. Delicious food, lovely spacious grounds and our three generation party had a great holiday. Hiring car and driver when needed( all arranged by Yousef) a much better bet than car hire. Driving in central Marrakesh looked pretty hairy. Family from US and UK all United at a great location - great to have the space and the facilities.

Where do I even start w/ this property?! Our stay was AMAZING!! We had a total of 11 guest including my wife & I. The place felt spacious enough where everyone felt like they had their own areas, but built in the perfect way to still have a cozy feeling. THE STAFF! Absolutely one of the greatest parts of staying on this property is the amazing people they have managing it. Kind, helpful, loving people! I would highly recommend!

Truly the photos do not do Dar Layyina justice. The property itself was unbelievably beautiful, with thousands of intricate and well thought out details. The grounds impeccable and supremely relaxing. However the real bonus of Dar Layyina is the pleasure of being hosted by the team of people looking after you. We ate the best food we have had in Morocco, served beautifully and with flexibility. Our stay offered luxurious value for money, and our entire group of 12 guests are already planning their return.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa dar layyina. Tout a été vraiment parfait. Youssef qui s'est occupé de nous était aux petits soins, il a su répondre à chaque fois à nos demandes. Il a été très serviable, courtois, discret. La maison est incroyable, les chambres très spacieuses et bien équipées. Simo, le directeur de la villa, a aussi été parfait quand on a eu besoin de lui. On a pu passé un séjour entre amis au top et on vous remercie pour cela. En espérant pouvoir revenir un jour !

Nous venons de passer un séjour en famille inoubliable tour était parfait tant sur le logement que la nourriture excellente préparée par de vrais cuisinières avec des produits frais tout ceci servi par Youssef tout en discrétion et d une grande gentillesse Sans oublié Simo avec qui la communication est limpide sans ambiguïté et aucune surprise Désolé aucun bémol tout était parfait C est le ressenti de toute la famille qui a passé une semaine de rêve.

Nous venons de passer 6 jours en famille à Dar Layyina, 8 adultes et 6 enfants. Nous avions privatisé le lieu, très belle maison décorée avec goût, jardin impeccable , un merveilleux accueil de Youssef et une délicieuse cuisine marocaine : bravo à Khadija et Fatima !
Service discret et efficace, toujours "avec plaisir".
Nous avons profité des 2 piscines, du tennis, ping pong et petanque ainsi que du hammam, nous avons eu des prestations de massage,le golf royal est à 10 minutes.
Nous étions comme à la maison....
Seuls petits reproches : la proximité de la route (mais que l' on oublie assez facilement ....) et l 'éloignement du centre de Marrakech ( mais on le sait en réservant ) ; il faut une petite demi- heure pour s y rendre et il faut donc anticiper un peu ses déplacements; par contre les transferts sont très bien organisés par la villa et les prix fixés à l'avance. Cette maison est pour moi idéale à privatiser et je la recommanderai

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Darlayyina avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. Simo, Youssef et toute l’équipe ont été aux petits soins pour nous et toujours à l’écoute de nos demandes. Nous nous sommes régalés de la bonne cuisine marocaine.Le cadre est enchanteur et nous a tous conquis, tout était conforme à nos attentes et même au-delà !
Nous essaierons de revenir en famille ou avec des amis .
En tout cas un grand bravo pour cette belle réalisation !

Maison/palais extraordinaire. Youssef, Simo, Fatima et Kadija sont des hôtes parfaits, souriants, disponibles, drôles, attentionnés, … Nous ne sommes restés que 3 jours mais c’étaient les 1001 nuits.

En un seul mot : Incroyable ! Tout a été parfait, du début à la fin. Simo et le personnel étaient aux petits soins et ont tout organisé pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Je recommande vraiment !

Nous avons passé 12 jours en famille/ami dans un endroit paradisiaque. La villa et le Riad sont tout simplement magnifiques et les deux piscines sont une invitation à la baignade! L équipe est exceptionnelle et contribue largement à se sentir comme à la maison. Un grand merci à Simo, Youssef, Fatima la cuisinière (merci pour les kilos en plus à la fin du séjour 😂) et les femmes de chambre; tout était parfait. Merci à Catherine de nous avoir donner la possibilité de découvrir ce lieu magique. Une seule envie maintenant: Revenir.

Where do I start….after a long search to find the perfect villa in Marrakech, I found Dar Layyina and I don’t know what else to say other than AMAZING! My guests and I were totally blown away by everything, the service, the staff, the villa itself- all so perfect. Nothing was too difficult for them, Simo arranged our restaurant reservations and was able to access him at any time with any queries or questions and he was extremely helpful and very friendly. Yousef, Khadija and Fatima were all extremely amazing!!! The ladies prepared our breakfast and lunch everyday and it was a 10/10! All of us loved it. Yousef was just so attentive and we loved having him around - such a delight. I could write all day….but if you are looking for the perfect villa in Marrakech- this is it! Great location and you really get that home away from home feel! 10 stars! Thanks again for hosting us!

Villa très conviviale, bien équipée (piscines, tennis, boulodrome...). Youssef et les cuisinières étaient au petit soin et ont grandement participé à la réussite de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le domaine Layyina. L équipe et l accueil ont été très chaleureux, à l écoute. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée ! Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le séjour à été parfait! Le lieu est magique, Youssef au delà d attentionné et les cuisinières, des vrais chefs! on va tous garder un excellent souvenir du lieu ... et sûrement y revenir!

Séjour exceptionnel dans un lieu magique. La villa est magnifique, très grande et très bien équipée. Simo, le manager, s’est occupé de toute l’organisation de notre séjour malgré nos multiples demandes parfois complexes (organisation des transferts, d’une soirée festive à la villa, d’une excursion en quad et dromadaires dans le désert, de massages etc…) Youssef, le majordome, a été exceptionnel de gentillesse et de serviabilité tout au long de notre séjour, du très très haut niveau. Les cuisinières nous ont régalés avec petit déjeuner, brunch, diner. Le service de transport a aussi été d’une grande efficacité et fiabilité. Bref un séjour au delà de nos attentes qui étaient déjà hautes. Nous serons de retour c’est certains ! Allez y les yeux fermés !

Le séjour s’est superbement passé, Catherine et son équipe nous ont facilité l’entrée dans la maison car on avait un vol qui arrivait très tôt le matin. Quelqu’un nous attendait à l’aéroport. Arrivée à la maison, celle-ci est magnifique, tout y est. Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes, et on avait l’impression que même à 12 la maison était trop grande, c’est dire .. Au niveau confort tout y est, la literie est de qualité, et les chambres sont climatisées. La piscine est très grande, et profonde, pour les enfants c’est un peu gênant, mais la deuxième piscine règle le problème. Concernant le personnel ils sont tous aux petits soins, ils sont là sans qu’on les voit, et toujours disponibles quand on a besoin d’eux. A vrai dire, ils ont quasiment une solution pour tous vos problèmes, donc vraiment un grand merci à Simo Youssef, et les cuisinières. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour parfait ! Je remercie chaleureusement Catherine et son équipe pout leur réactivité, leur professionnalisme et leurs attentions. La villa est incroyable, on s'y sent comme à la maison. Un petit mot de remerciement pour le séjour que nous avons adoré. Le lieu est une vraie petite oasis isolée à seulement quelques kilomètres de la ville, exactement ce que je cherchais pour mes amis et moi.
L’équipe sur place était très accueillante et aux petits soins.

Villa extraordinaire pour moments de détente entre amis ou en famille. Le petit déjeuner et dîner étaient très bons. Piscines, jaccuzi, hamam, et sauna.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Dar Layyina, un havre de paix où on se sent chez soi, le service est impeccable, les cuisinières nous ont gâté et les major d’homme étaient aux petits soins. Highly recommended, will come back for sure !

Cadre splendide et magnifique, endroit de rêve, chambres spacieuses, propreté et literie top, personnel très accueillant et agréable Youssef et le personnel de la cuisine nous on bien gâté, service au top, cuisine marocaine top, notre séjour s’est passé à merveille, on était déconnectés, le réveil avec le champ des oiseaux était juste paradisiaque. Je recommande à 100% sans hésitation avec les yeux fermés

Séjour exceptionnel de A à Z. De l’hospitalité de l’hôte depuis Paris jusqu’au service sur place en passant par la beauté du lieu, il n’y a rien à dire. Nous avons passé 4/5 jours exceptionnel. Nous avons été reçu comme des rois, les petits déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner d’un grand niveau.

Excellent séjour! Nous étions 14 à voyager. Tout a été parfait de notre arrivée au départ bien que ce n’était pas chose aisée de satisfaire tout un groupe aux exigences et demandes variées. Le personnel de maison ainsi que l’hôte ont tout fait pour nous faciliter le séjour. De l’organisation des déjeuners aux activités de loisirs (quad, massage etc). La maison est propre, confortable et chaleureuse, de la pièce principale aux chambres mais aussi aux équipements (piscine, terrain de tennis, ping pong). Encore une fois l’hôte et le personnel de maison (mention spéciale à Simo et Youssef pour leur disponibilité et serviabilité).
