We offer exclusive private hire with hotel service only. It is possible to hire the entire estate for a minimum of 5 bedrooms, which you are free to choose from the 10 available. Naturally, during your stay with us, you will be the only guests on the property, alongside the Dar Layyina team.
The Villa
Upon entering the spacious hall, the Moroccan atmosphere is immediately apparent: a central fountain, wood panelling, warm-toned tadelakt, a bejmat dome and a monumental chandelier. To the right: kitchen and guest WC. To the left: the junior suite.
The communal areas include a Western-style lounge with a fireplace and library, a Moroccan lounge with a TV/DVD player, and a modular dining room opening onto large terraces (covered and uncovered) with a view of the pool. Thick walls, discreet openings, and ironwork ensure coolness and authenticity.
Upstairs, the mezzanine under the dome leads to a spectacular royal suite with a panoramic terrace, as well as a double bedroom.

The Riad
The Riad is located at the heart of the landscaped axis connecting the Villa terrace to the Pavilion and reveals another facet of Moroccan architecture: an arcaded patio opening onto the two swimming pools on either side. Positioned halfway between the Villa's communal areas and the Pavilion's sports and wellness areas, it offers balanced access to everything. It comprises four luxury suites, arranged in pairs around the patio: two with private terraces overlooking the large swimming pool (Villa side) and two overlooking the heated swimming pool (Pavilion side). Each pair shares a private landing, ideal for adjacent suites (families with children), combining proximity and privacy.

The Pavilion, the culmination of Dar Layyina's perspective, houses the two-bedroom executive suite. Upon stepping through the weathered door, the chic beldi atmosphere takes hold: walls in natural tones, carved and weathered wooden furniture, exposed beams, and bejmat cabochon flooring.
On one side, discover the fully renovated beldi hammam; on the roof, a landscaped rooftop extends your moments of relaxation. All around the Pavilion, the fitness pergola and sports fields await you.
