Reservation

You put together your menus. We take care of the shopping for you. You pay:

Gourmet Package – Moroccan or Mediterranean cuisine

We offer a menu prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Every day, our chef Latifa will suggest a menu for the following day. You may also choose from the dishes on our à la carte menu. We can, of course, cater for special dietary requirements: vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.

Prices include VAT per meal and per adult aged 12+ (excluding drinks) – 50% discount for children aged 3–12 – free for children under 3

Some dishes incur a surcharge – Menu choices must be made the day before for the following day.

The choice of meal plan is flexible from one day to the next, depending on your schedule.

We do not sell wine or spirits, but you may purchase your own or have them delivered and consume them at the villa without a corkage fee. Proof of purchase must be provided directly to our butler, Youssef, who will keep it safe in case of an inspection.

Deposit

Cancellation

- Cancellation received more than 30 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total booking amount is due. (Security deposit refunded)

- Cancellation received between 7 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total booking amount is due. (Security deposit not refunded)

- Cancellation received between 0 and 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount is due. (Deposit and balance not refunded)

- In the event of the Guest leaving their accommodation early, for whatever reason, the Guest may not claim a reduction in the rental price, which shall remain, in full, payable to Vivement Marrakech!

- No-show: 100% of the total booking amount is due.
