We offer a menu prepared with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Every day, our chef Latifa will suggest a menu for the following day. You may also choose from the dishes on our à la carte menu. We can, of course, cater for special dietary requirements: vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.

Some dishes incur a surcharge – Menu choices must be made the day before for the following day.

The choice of meal plan is flexible from one day to the next, depending on your schedule.

We do not sell wine or spirits, but you may purchase your own or have them delivered and consume them at the villa without a corkage fee. Proof of purchase must be provided directly to our butler, Youssef, who will keep it safe in case of an inspection.

Deposit

Deposit of MAD 5400, payable on arrival in cash or by credit card imprint. The deposit will not be cashed and will be returned if the tenant has paid for any damage. Otherwise, the deposit will be cashed and refunded by bank transfer after deduction of the cost of repairs.

Reservation

The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 50% of the reservation amount via a secure credit card payment link to the Vivement Marrakech! account, as well as upon signing a rental agreement.

Arrival

Upon arrival at the rental property at the time specified in the rental agreement, the number and identities of the persons arriving must correspond to the list provided in the rental agreement. The customer must:

- Pay the balance for the accommodation on arrival by credit card.

- Hand over the deposit.

- Provide a photocopy of the passport of all occupants.

- Have all tenants fill out a police form. 

 

Cancellation

- Cancellation received more than 30 days before the arrival date: 0% of the total amount of the booking is due. (Deposit refunded)

- Cancellation received between 0 and 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the booking is due. (Deposit not refunded)

- In the event of early departure from the rental for any reason whatsoever, the Customer may not request a reduction in the rental price, which will remain entirely payable to Vivement Marrakech!

- No-show: 50% of the total booking amount is due.
