The Team
Booking and organizing your stay:
For all information and booking matters, you are in contact with Catherine , co-owner of the villa and manager of Vivement Marrakech!, the Moroccan SARL that officially operates Dar Layyina. Once your booking is made, Simo , as director, oversees the coordination of the team and the complete organization of your stay (airport transfers, meals, massages and treatments, concierge service, etc.). In this regard, he is your main contact, even before you arrive.
Catering :
Your meals are lovingly prepared by our head chef Latifa and her assistant Khadija in our professional kitchen, which meets all food hygiene and safety standards. They are served by Youssef, our butler, who sets beautiful tables and provides friendly, attentive service.
Maintenance :
The property exudes cleanliness and your rooms are always immaculate thanks to our housekeeper Khadija, who maintains it with a masterful touch with the help of her assistant Zineb. The upkeep and maintenance of all facilities and swimming pools are carried out daily by Abderrazzak, who will come to your rescue at the slightest problem. Abdelaziz takes care of the laundry and sets out the cushions for the outdoor lounges and the mattresses and towels for the sun loungers early in the morning. Abderrazzak and Abdelaziz are also in charge of starting up the hammam and sauna.​
Garden :
Our magnificent grounds require the constant attention of our two gardeners: Omar, who has been working in this garden since the adventure began over 10 years ago, and Redouane, who joined him just over a year ago to help with the sheer scale of the task. The grounds, with their palm trees, olive trees, bougainvilleas, roses and cacti, have never looked so spectacular! The olive oil served at your table comes from our own olive trees.
Security :
The property is completely secure, surrounded by a wall and with security guards on duty around the clock to control access. Abdelaziz, who is also the night guard, locks the doors and turns off the lights in the villa once you have gone to bed and remains on site throughout the night. Abdelmoula is our day guard. He is the first person you will see when you arrive at Dar Layyina.
